Amazing dry brushing benefits for stunning skin
What is Dry Brushing?
When you think about it you brush your hair and teeth and it works wonders. So, why not brush your skin. Let me tell you why, Dry Brushing is where you take a natural bristle brush and massage it on the skin to exfoliate, detox, and get rid of cellulite. In many spas around the world, it costs around $25 dollars each time. So instead of going to spas every once and while, why not get a brush of your own and do it yourself. It only takes 5- 10 minutes a day. Trust me, your skin will thank you!
Benefits of Dry Brushing
  • Dry brushing exfoliates the skin by brushing off the dry flaky skin, leaving it silky smooth.
  • It gets rid of all toxins in the body because its stimulates your lymphatic system. The lymphatic system is a big organ in the body that naturally releases toxins. By dry brushing it helps to speed the process up.
  • It helps to unclogs your pores and allows your skin to breathe. While, it helps your skin to absorb more nutrients from the natural oils and lotions that you apply after your shower.
  • Dry brushing cellulite, reduces the appearance of cellulite.
  • Lastly, it gives you clear, tight, and glowing skin.

How to Dry Brush?
When I dry brush my skin I usually do it each day before I hop into the shower. This is how you do it:
1. First, buy or grab a high-quality natural dry brush. This brush should feel a little rough.
2. Then, Get Naked! Preferably in the bathroom in the tub to catch-all the skin flakes.
3. Start at your feet and slowly brush upwards in circular motions towards your heart. By following this direction it helps because, that’s the way your lymphatic system flows. When brushing your skin, it should be a firm pressure. Try to avoid sensitive areas of your skin, if you do choose to brush those sensitive areas, then do it very lightly.
4.Go over the skin at least five times.
5. Then hop into the shower and bathe a usual.
6. After your shower, pat your skin dry, then apply your favorite oil and massage it into your skin.
Tip/Warning:
Never brush too hard, the brush can be a little rough.
