DIY: Coffee Body Scrub

I love a nice scrub, but this coffee scrub is my absolute favorite. This scrub will not only give you nice and smooth, polished skin, but it will also help with getting rid of cellulite and acne scars. These ingredients all play different roles in helping with your skin. Coffee is said to be that because of its caffeine content, it will increase firmer skin.  Sea salt is a great for exfoliating your skin while also providing the minerals your skin needs. Brown sugar has natural glycol acid, which helps break down dead skin. Raw honey is not only an antibacterial but it helps with moisturizing your skin while giving you a glowing complexion. Olive oil and Jojoba oil to me are the best moisturizing oils without feeling greasy. Last but not least Tea tree oil is also an antibacterial which helps decrease break outs.

What you need:
½ cup Sea Salt (Where I buy)
½ cup Brown Sugar (Where I buy)
2 tbsp Raw Honey (Where I buy)
½ cup Olive Oil (Where I buy)
A few drops of Jojoba Oil (Where I buy)
10 drops of Tea Tree Oil (Where I buy)
Directions:
First grind the coffee beans. I usually place the coffee beans in the blender for a little while. Do not leave them in the blender for too long, because you want to keep the coffee a little coarse. Then mix all of the ingredients together and store in tight shower friendly container.
How to Use:
Wet your skin.
Apply the scrub onto your skin and massage in a circular motion.
Rinse the scrub completely off after you have scrub you whole body.
(I love to repeat this process because it leaves my skin feeling silly smooth.)
*I am not a doctor. I just love sharing recipes and ideas that work for me. For best use always test these scrubs on a small part of the skin to avoid problems with your skin and body.
